Intermediate Pistol

This course is for the student that has taken NRA Basic Pistol or a similar basic knowledge course; it enables the novice student to take thier skills to the next level.  Students must have a knowledge of firearm safety and a basic working knowledge of how pistols operate (loading magazines/cylnders, basic pistol nomenclature, etc).  You will learn basic firearm marksmanship, malfunction clearing, and other skills a competent shooter should know.  A low student to instructor ratio gives each person individual attention.  There is no classroom time, just several hours of range time.  This course will teach you to operate your own pistol better. 

Students should bring to class: 

* A pistol with two magazines or speed loaders

* 250 rounds of quality pistol ammunition (no reloads)

* Eye and ear protection

* Weather appropriate clothing
