Intermediate Rifle
This 2 day course is designed for the novice rifle shooter to take their skills to a higher level. The basis of this course is to teach the student the proper set up for a rifle and how to shoot intermediate distances (from 0 to 300 yards). There is a strong emphasis on the fundamentals of rifle shooting (breathing, trigger control, positions, etc). Other topics covered in this class include, but are not limited to, rifle accesories, wind estimation and correction, ballistic coefficient, bullet trajectory, MOA, and ammunition. A hunter planning a big game hunt in western state needs this class. A low student to instructor ratio ensures each students skills excel.
Items to bring to class:
A scoped rifle (.223 or larger caliber)
200 rounds of rifle ammunition
Eye and ear protection
Notepad and pen
Weather appropriate clothing
Lunch each day of class
